Process
Everything starts with a conversation. We get to know you, your property goals, available capital, preferred strategy and level of involvement. We then obtain the relevant documentation, which may include photo ID, proof of funds and company details, to support our onboarding and verification process. This helps us establish whether we’re the right fit before moving forward.
Once we agree to work together, we complete the necessary onboarding and verification checks. We establish your investment criteria, preferred structure, budget and timescales, creating a clear framework for identifying suitable opportunities.
We source and assess opportunities aligned with your objectives. Each opportunity is reviewed against the purchase price, comparable evidence, refurbishment costs where applicable, projected figures, key risks and proposed exit strategy. Where you're interested in proceeding, we support the next steps, including negotiation and coordination as appropriate.
Once an opportunity is selected, the relevant investment terms and legal documentation are agreed. Where applicable, solicitors are instructed and security arrangements are documented. Funds are transferred in accordance with the agreed legal and contractual arrangements, and the project moves into execution.
We remain actively involved throughout the project, coordinating the relevant professionals and overseeing progress in line with the agreed scope of works and strategy. Our aim is to maintain clear communication, manage challenges proactively and keep the project moving towards its intended outcome.
Once the project reaches its agreed completion or exit stage, we review the outcome against the original projections. This includes assessing costs, performance, lessons learned and the agreed repayment or profit-sharing arrangements, where applicable.
